You are out looking for your dream home, you find it, then, all of a sudden.... PEOPLE ARE EVERYWHERE!!!

There are a number of people involved in the home buying process. We need to realize and understand that these professionals base their careers on helping you find your dream homes and purchase it.

The congregation we will be discussing will be the real estate consultant, lender, attorney, appraiser, surveyor, home inspector, and pest control. Truth is, you may not encounter them all. If you do, though, we want you to be prepared.

Today we will be discussing the lender. This is the person who works with you to get your loan. This person may also be a mortgage loan officer, banker, or broker. The job of the lender is to take your application for a loan, and verify your income, employment and credit history. For this reason, it is important to find someone you can trust. You will be revealing a lot about yourself, your finances, and your financial goals. They will need to be able to discuss these things with you and help you choose the best program for you.
